The Taupo Bed in a Box is our smallest sofabed meaning it will fit virtually anywhere. So, if you have a caravan, narrow doorway or spiral stairs this could be the choice for you. Although the Taupo Bed in a Box is smaller it is manufactured exactly the same way as our larger sofa beds
The Taupo is delivered fully assembled. To use as a bed rather than a seat, pouffe or ottoman, remove the seat cushion and fold out the sofa bed action. The folded out sofa bed is the size of a double bed, which is ideal for guest and occasional use. The bed has a foam mattress which sits on a trampoline base, thus mimicking the feeling and comfort of a fully sprung mattress.
The Taupo Bed in a Box has a fully upholstered frame with a foam seat cushion. The Box bed is made to order, in your choice of fabric, in our New Zealand factory. When completed our delivery team will deliver your new sofa bed to a room of your choice at an agreed delivery time slot.
